Proper Feed Rate: Use the proper feed rate and avoid feed rates that are too high or too low. This will help prevent excessive wear and improve machining quality.

Pay attention to the workpiece material: Select the right deep hole button drill for the specific workpiece material. Different materials may require different types of drills and cutting parameters.

When storing deep hole carbide button drills, keep them in a dry, clean place away from moisture and chemicals. It is best to use special containers or shelves to avoid collision and damage.

Timely Replacement: Replace deep hole carbide button drill bits as soon as they are visibly worn or damaged. The use of badly worn drill bits may result in reduced machining quality and may damage the surface of the workpiece.
